Install from a source checkout
$ cargo install --locked --path crates/folio-board --bin folio-agentsA coding agent reads the board's skill and keeps its card as it works.
A card is one Markdown file. Every edit is validated before it stands, and each can be its own commit.
The kanban is one reading of those files. Static by default, editable in place with the board server.
